Holding Furnace

The holding furnace features medium frequency power supply whose output voltage is1250V, rated power is 1000KW and frequency is 500Hz. And the three-phase input voltage is 690V and the frequency is 50Hz. The inductor is 780mm in diameter and 1100mm in height.

The holding furnace employs 8 medium frequency power thyristors bought from famous domestic manufacturers, with 6 KP1000A/2200V and 2 KK1500A/1800V in parallel. And the total capacity of the electric capacitor is 14,000KV. Also, the low-voltage power distribution cabinet is fabricated with a universal current breaker. With its capacity of furnace body being 1.5t, our product can be used for smelting or holding temperature of the non-ferrous metals, steel, iron, copper, alloy steel, sponge iron and other materials.
