The melting furnace features the mediumfrequency power supply with the 3-phase input voltage of 380V, output voltageof 750V and rated power of 160KW. And the diameter of the furnace body is980mm, net height 950mm, rated capacity 0.25t and the furnace panel is 20mmthick. The diameter of the inductor is 450mm and the pillar is 640mm high. Themelting rate of this product is 0.24t/h and powerconsumption is 790Kwh/t.

Our melting furnace is configuredaltogether with 10 thyristors purchased from domesticprominent suppliers, 6 of which feature KP 200A/1400 V, and the rest of 4 KK200A/1600V.There is a universal circuit breaker of 380V/400A. And the capacity of theelectric capacitor reaches 2160 KV. Also, this type of furnace is driven by the231-type reducer, thus ensuring reliable and convenient operation.
