ZDMJ-16C automatic tile polishing machine is built in an integral iron-castingstructure, and designed for marble and granite slab polishing. Thepolishing heads are also made in cast iron, which ensures unparalleled long workinglife, high precision, corrosion resistance and acoustic benefits. Driven byseparate air cylinders, the polishing pressure is adjustable according todifferent stones to be polished.

Our ZDMJ-16Cautomatic tile polishing machine is equipped with the PLC control systemwith human machine interface that makes the machine easy to operate. The sensoron the machine automatically checks the shape of the slabs and send signal tothe PLC system to control the movement of the bridge and polishing heads. Inaddition, the operator can set all the data through the color touch HMI LCD.Our polishing machine is also installed with an electrical fault diagnosissystem and an alarming system and it can also calculate how much square metershave been polished per day.
