Our HDA3316XR inkjet printing machine works on basis of sixteen XAAR 128 40 PLsteel print head made in Britain and each one has 128 nozzles with options of35 Pl or 60 Pl droplets. The print head it adopts owns max printing accuracy at1440dpi, tough steel structure and high speed of printing. The XAAR 128 print head ourprinter uses has high ignition frequency of 8.3 KHz. It is portable butpowerful. It weighs only 15.5gand has a general connector which makes it suitable for devices for variousapplications of OEM. Moreover the print head we used is compatible with allkinds of oil, solvent or heat sublimated dye ink. Based on the traits of printhead, our inkjet printing device is good at printing on lamp house cloth, adcloth, PVC film, vehicle wrap, network material, etc. It can do CMYK orCMYK.LC.LM printing at a highest speed of 60㎡/h.Its acceptable max media thickness can reach 3.2M and its ink is 60% cheaper, but its speed is 35%higher, than that of other printer with the same specification. The specialedge leaving and punching functions based on the US printing software, photoprint, do help to save more time withenhancing the work efficiency by 15%. Smart ink supply system can remove therisk of ink shortage. In addition, we introduce edge feathering craft to removethe strips occurring during the passes when this inkjet printer is working
