The double layer non woven soft loopbag making machine adopts PLCautomatic control and touchscreen operation and hasobtained the "Zhejiang Provincial NewProduct" recognition and three national patents of utility model. It hasadvantages like welding two handles with four dots at the same time, savingmanual work. The handle made by one layer non-woven fabric after folding,increases the load bearing strength and has nice shape. With human orienteddesign, stable performance and easy operation, is perfect equipment to make thenon-woven soft handle bags.

The double layer non woven soft loopbag making machine operates with 60mm width non-woven fabrics sheet into the feeding roller. The upper and lowersheets are automatically folding and pattern welding from the sides toward themiddle through forming mold and shaping two separate non-woven straps. Thesestraps go to the locating manipulator then cut the upper and lower straps atthe same time by a cutting knife and making shape and size of the bag. All theprocesses are controlled automatically by PLC.

It has four pieces of Japan CKG Rotary cylinder, ten pieces of Taiwan Airtac cylinder, four pieces of Xiaman Jingrong special squareultrasonic unit and the same brand for two pieces of round ultrasonic unit. Allits electrical parts come from Schneider brand.
