The vertical slittingrewinding machine is appropriate to slit and rewind various types of materialslike BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC, aluminum foil, paper and many other materials. It cutsedges and separate material according to different requirements duringproduction. This equipment has independent master control panel, more flexiblefor an easier operation with automatic EPC for unwinding. Special photocelltracks the edge and color of transparent material.

The slitting rewinding machine is equippedwith magnetic powder brake for unwinding tension control and magnetic clutch control for rewinding tensioncontrol. It also can be equipped with rim charge conveying or rewinding deviceaccording to client’s requirement. Additionally it has automatic meter countingdevice, winding press roller to make the film flat and double pneumaticwinding.
