The food vacuum packaging machine works in accordance with following principle. The packaging film on the foods surface is rapidly softened after heating and vacuum sanction treatments, and then completes a hermetically sealed package together with the hard board and plastic tray.

Foods items processed by our food vacuum packaging machine preserve high vacuum degree and excellent appearance. There is less oxygen left in the package, so the foods can be preserved for a longer period. And meanwhile the packaging film is in close contact with the product without any gap, which not only effectively holds the foods juice and retards bacteria breeding but also increases the visibility of the products to further attract potential customers to purchase. In addition, soft foods can be well protected against outside presses without any deformed phenomenon. And products sold in the form of slices, like ham and sausage, can remain in separate slices when the package is opened up, bringing convenience to eat. Structural Composition


The food vacuum packaging machine is mainly composed of rack, heat-sealing and film feeding devices, vacuum system and electrical control system.
1. The rack is a major supporting component of this packaging machine, and is made of stainless steel.


2. Heat-sealing device consists of a lower box, vacuum chamber, pallet, upper lid, heating plate and electro-thermal tube. The lower box is actually a packing room furnished with a pallet inside for placing packing trays and a vacuum chamber in the bottom. These two components together composite an ejecting mechanism mainly used to control the rise and fall of the tray. When the packaging process comes to an end each time, the gas spring will automatically bounce the upper lid up, and then the ejecting mechanism will eject the tray up. Later on, the tray and the packaged box can be taken away. Then, boxes loaded with products will be first placed into the tray and then to place on the pallet. Afterwards, the pallet will fall down as soon as the white button on the operation panel is pressed down. In addition, the heating plate is inserted inside of the upper lid, primarily functioning as a heater of vacuum packing films.


3. The tray is a kind of auxiliary component which is tailored in line with customers’ boxes. Its thickness is between70 to 80mm, upper mouth measures 700×490 mm and taper angle is 7°.


4. Film feeding device of this food vacuum packaging machine is used to accommodate membrane tube and its sliding shafts stretch the film flatly. The film should be inserted in complete conformity to the schematic diagram of black bold lines in the figure. Attention should be given to the fact that this film feeding device is assembled in accordance with the actual mounting positions of the upper lid and lower box in order to guarantee excellent encapsulation, so it cannot be dismounted at will.       
5. The vacuum system is mainly formed by vacuum pump, solenoid valves and connecting pipes. The vacuum pump functions as the power source and operates in the whole packaging course.

Operating Instructions
1. The operation lever of the food vacuum packaging machine is mainly used to roll over the upper lid. It is pressed down and not released until the upper lid connects with the lower box, then the gas spring will automatically lift the upper lid up if the vacuum pump is out of operation. Adversely, if the vacuum pump is in use, the upper lid and the lower box simultaneously go through air exhaustion, making upper lid tightened firmly. When air sanction is completed, the gas spring will spontaneously bounce the upper lid up to deflate the gas inside.
2. The operation panel serves as an installation panel for certain electrical components. And it is equipped with a temperature controller, two time relays, three pilot lamps, one vacuum chamber lifting button, one vacuum pump switch and an inverter operation panel. The temperature controller is used to set up pre-healing temperatures for packing films by rotating the pointer to the required temperature. Meanwhile, the time relays are mainly for setting air sanction time occurring in the upper working chamber via rotating the pointer to the desirable time.

Packaging Process
1. Firstly switch on the total power of the food vacuum packaging machine to heat up the heating plate up to certain temperature.


2. Product to be packed is put into a packaging box, and then this box is transferred to a packing tray which is afterwards placed on the ejecting platform. Press down the vacuum button, the tray will fall down to the working chamber. And the edge of packing film about 15 to 20mm is connected to the hole and tightly gripped. Meanwhile the film should be made flat and stretched enough.


3. Press the upper lid down by holding the operation lever. Once closely connecting with each other, the upper lid and the lower box start to sanction air based on the arranged time.
4. After finishing the air exhaustion, the gas spring lifts the upper lid up to deflate air. And the ejecting mechanism spontaneously jacks up the tray, then the film can be cut apart from the cutter slots and the tray is taken away. Thus, the whole packing cycle comes to an end.
