So hardness is high and anti-corrosion ability is great, thus extending the service life of screw and barrel of extruder. Die is coated with a layer of hard chrome and adopts rotary central spindle structure. And extruded melting materials are distributed evenly and film roughness is small. Air cooling device adopts maze type structure and air flow rate is even. Coiling device is controlled by a torque motor and it is convenient to change a new plastic film roll and get a neat plastic film roll.
