The medicalgauze sponge has been bleached with high temperature and high pressure by pure oxygen. Made from100% absorbent cotton, it is finished with a fine mesh to avoid lint. It’shighly absorbent and it can be cut as any size required and then fold intomultiple sizes and plies. It is primary folded with edges inside to avoidthread losing. It is made under USP,EP and BP requirements.

The medical gauze sponge is broadly used in professionaland home care, surgery, wound treatment, cleaning and absorption and issuitable for sterilization. Available in multiple mesh types like USP VII or BP with 13, 17 or 20 threads,it can be manufactured with X-ray detection, non-sterile and sterile.Paper-paper or paper-film pouch, and hard or soft blister pack are available to pack the medical gauze sponge that also comes in white, greenor blue colors. Edges can be manual or mechanically folded, or even not foldedat all.
