In additionto adhesive products, we also provide cleaningagent for PUR hot melt adhesive equipment.Our JL–CA101 glue gunflushing agent is mainly used to clean the glue gun nozzle and hose after theuse of polyurethane hot melt adhesive. Unlike ordinary cleaning solution, it isin the shape of light blue solids, with specific gravity of 0.9 g/cm3 and viscosity of 3000 to4000 cP.s. In addition, it has higher working temperature, from 130to 160 ℃, compared with cold cleaning agent.As the glue gun flushing agent is nontoxic, eco friendly, and can easilyand thoroughly remove the hot melt adhesive without damaging equipment surface,it is increasingly used by customers worldwide.

Operation Conditions
1. First heat the glue gun flushing agent at 130 to 160 ℃ for about 30 minutes, andthen continuously squeeze the residual PUR adhesive in the glue gun until thethings being squeezed from the spray nozzle are just light blue flushingagents.
2. For reuse of the glue gun, when the things being squeezed from the spraynozzle are PUR adhesive, and then the normal adhesive application procedure canbe started.

Generally, our glue gun flushing agents are packed in a 310ml aluminum alloy tube, a bag with a capacity of 25 kg. To maintain their properties, please place ourproducts in a dry, cool place, and avoid sun exposure. Since our PUR flushingagents are guaranteed for 12 months, customers can feel secure in purchasingthem.
