Our waterbased glue is a one component or two component water based adhesive that offerslow viscosity value and easy application. The product can offer betterweathering resistance if it is mixed with curing agent. The glue is mainly usedfor bonding PVC films in various thicknesses to medium density fiberboard(MDF), high density fiberboard (HDF), particleboard and other substrates.

To help our customers use our water based glue properly, here we give moreuseful information as follows:
1. Recommend using a spray gun with a caliber of 1.2 to 2.0 mm, air pressure ≥4 kg.
2. The glue can be separately used or used together with curing agent. Therecommended weight of curing agent used is 2 to 5 % of the latex weight. Pleaseuse the mixture within 2 hours.
3. Make use of thermal activation principle for bonding of PVC film and boards.
4. Completely clean the substrate before applying adhesive.
5. If it is difficult to perform spraying operation, please add 5-10 % acetone or 2-5 % water and ensure it isevenly mixed before use.
6. To avoid freezing, keep the product at a temperature higher than 5 ℃.

Our water based glue allows good wetting of the substrates and can forma satisfying bond to them. It is environmentally safe and widely used forbonding of OPP boxes, aluminum film and laser film coated printing paper. Withgreat dispersibility and flowability, the adhesive forpaper packaging can be both manually applied and easily applied by ordinaryequipment. In addition, the water based glue is compatible with a variety ofadditives like plasticizers, solvents, thickeners, resins and fillers. As it isnon-redispersible, defoamer and polyester dispersant can be used if necessary. However, please conduct testing beforeuse. Generally,the glue is warranted for 6 months.

Storage
Our water based glue contains antiseptic agent to suppress bacterial growth.It should be stored at 5 to 35 ℃ andavoid freezing, strong sunlight exposure. Please keep the container tightlysealed after opening.
