Packaging Board LVL Lumber is a good choice to replace solid wood and a goodfumigation-free material for export packing. It is applicable to the package oflarge machinery, boiler, vehicle, glass (including float glass and automobileglass), paper, electronic machine, aluminum products, etc. It can be made intolarge wooden package, fumigation-free wooden package, etc.

The formaldehyde emission level is low than thenational standard and meets the import standard of developed countries. EachLVL lumber has test reports in RoHS6/6, environmental testing, static bending strength testing and elasticitymodulus testing.

Our packaging board made using LVL lumber has many advantages over that made ofsolid wood lumber. The intension and toughness of LVL lumber are three timeshigher than solid wood lumber. Laminated veneer lumber disperses the scars andcracks of the log, so that the affect of these defects on intensity is greatlyreduced. Therefore LVL is excellent in stability and strength uniformity, andlow in material variability. The size of LVL lumber can be adjusted randomlywithout the affect of shape and defect of the log. The longest of our LVL packagingboard is 12 meters long, and the biggest thickness is 300mm. You can cut the lumber into arbitrarysize and shape. The material using rate reaches 100%. LVL shares the sameprocessing with wood such as saw cutting, slicing, drilling, tenoning, nailing, etc. The corresponding preprocessing orsome special adhesives contribute to its good performance in insect prevention,antisepsis, fire prevention, water proof, etc. LVL lumber owns strong seismicresistance and shock absorption. It can prevent the fatigue failure caused bycyclic stress.

The most common raw material we use in the packaging board LVL lumber productionis poplar wood which has the advantages of light weight, high intensity, highelasticity, long fiber, high fiber content, ease of processing, etc.  Poplar is principally grown in north China and is the cheapest wood in China. Theleading variety is fast growing poplar, which grows faster and has a highanti-pest ability. We use poplar wood in our packaging board LVL lumber becauseof poplar wood’s straight grain, low expansion, low shrinkage, medium to high impact toughness,good vibration absorbance, no smell, and ease in nailing.
