Our poplar door core LVL is madefrom China’smost superior and cheapest wood, fast growing poplar. The poplar veneers areall automatically dried until the moisture content is no more than 12%. Thesawing is carried out by precision multiple blade saw imported from Taiwan toensure that the width precision reaches /-0.2MM. The edges of the door core LVL product aresanded smooth and without burrs.

In the manufacturing process of the door core LVL, the logs are made intoveneers by rotary-cut and slicing. After drying and gluing, the veneers areassembled along the grain, and adhered together by hot pressing.  The intensity and toughness of the door core LVLare three times higher than solid wood lumber and the quality of the LVL is stableand even so that it can be cut into arbitrary shape and size precisely as youwish.
