For years we have been producing veneered MDF boards. Our MDF board hasmerits of large density, distortion resistance, material uniformity, andsurface smoothness. Our products have been sold to North America, Middle East, and many domestic furniture factories, andwell received by all customers.

The veneers we use in the product includes natural veneers, engineered veneers,finger joint veneers, paint papers, PVC, melamine, etc. Engineered veneers aremade from log, which is made into engineered veneer after a series ofprocessing including design, dye, reconstruction, disinsectization, high temperature and pressure.Engineered veneers have smooth surfaces, rich colors, and various textures tomeet the need of different people and sites. Engineered veneers can imitateprecious woods to full the wish of some customers. Engineered veneers can alsoremove the defects of the log such as discoloration and wormholes. Theengineered veneers we use include engineered white oak veneer, engineered seminai veneer, etc. Comparedwith engineered veneers, natural veneers have natural textures, so they aremore artistic and stereoscopic. Natural veneers are hardly distorted or warped.Natural veneers cost more than engineered veneers, but they have a largerapplication scope because there are various product grades, quality levels,original places, colors, types of luster and smoothness degrees to choose from.The natural veneers we use include catalpa veneer, mongolian oak veneer, birchveneer, ash veneer, oak veneer, etc. We also have high-grade machines to carryout slotting, UV curing, and other operation to meet different requirements ofour customers.
