Moisture Resistant MDF Board

Moisture resistant MDF board is an artificial material whose processingtechnique is same with that of particle board, except that the adhesive used inMDF board is a green water-proof glue. It removes the disadvantages of particleboard and gains advantage of water resistance. MDF is widely used in cabinets.

Our moisture resistant MDFboard has an excellent moisture resistance and water proof performance. Thewater swelling ratio is below 0.6% after soaked 24 hours in water, and theshape will restore after drying. It shows superiority in places with highhumidity, such as bathroom, natatorium, kitchen, restaurant, mess hall,chemical plant, aquarium, etc.

Our moisture resistant MDF board is high in internal bond strength and bearingstrength. The raw material we use is poplar wood. The density of the thin plateis over 830 and that of the thick plate is over 750. The surface is fine andsmooth so that it is convenient for veneering. On the surface, you can stickveneers, finish foils, impregnated papers easily, and can paint and printdirectly. It also has excellent machining property in sawing, drilling, tenoning, groove milling,sanding, etc, which is similar or even better than lumber.

Our products have been exported to Europe, the US,Middle East, Japan,Korea,and other countries or regions. The monthly output reaches 18000cbm.
