Just as its name implies, thescaffolding board is made of pine LVL lumber. The raw material, small to mediumradiata pine from New Zealand, isproduced into veneers by rotary-cut and slicing. Then the veneers are dried,glued, assembled along the grain, and adhered together under hot pressing toobtain the LVL. Each veneer is dry by drying equipment to ensure the stablequality of our pine LVL lumber scaffolding board. Dynea WBP glue is used to adhere the veneerstogether, so that the scaffolding board is in excellent adhesiveness and ableto keep adhesion after 72 hours in boiling water.

The scaffolding board ishigh in bearing strength and toughness. It can endure shock and impact withoutfracture or distortion. There may be defects in radiatapine wood, but they can be dispersed or removed in the manufacturing processesabove. So the pine LVL lumber scaffolding board has both the features of pinewood (even in structure, antiseptic, insect-resistant, fireproof, high innail-holding strength, soft-colored, etc) and the advantages pine lumber doesnot have such as low strength variability, high design stress and highdimensional stability.

In addition, the scaffolding board may be sprayed with water-proof paint to achievewater resistance. It can be repeatedly used many times in various constructionsites. Rather then iron scaffolding board, our pine LVL lumber scaffoldingboard is lighter and more convenient for transportation and mounting, whichsaves cost of labor.

We have 22 LVL production lines and the monthly output reaches 10000 cubicmeters, so we are able to meet the customers’ need for our scaffolding board. Ourproduct has passed the SGS testing, and meets the OSHA standard.
