Our steel shot with uniform size appears in the shape of round granule. Itadopts chromium alloy materials, and has high strength, good , sulfur resistance and corrosion resistance, highhardness, high wear resistance, and other characteristics. The steel shot can be formed ata high speed after the smelting process. In addition, the heat treatmentprovides the steel shot with the structure of tempered martensite. This fine metallographic structure further ensures improved toughness and resistance to crush and fatigue,as well as superior mechanical properties of our alloy steel shot.

Our steel shot can be reused for many times with low energy consumption, so itcan bring about significant economic benefits. Currently, it has foundapplications in shot blasting for surface preparation prior to coating orpainting of the steel products, and shot peening for strengthening the surfaceof mechanical parts. With an annual manufacturing capacity of 150,000 tons ofalloy steel shot, our company can handle large quantity orders from customers.
