The LZJ01 semi-auto spacerbending machine is especially used to process the aluminum spacer of theinsulating glass unit. It can bend the aluminum spacer coming with a maximumsize of 2000×2000mm and a minimum size of 300×300mm. At the same time, itsolves the sealing problems and effectively improves the service life andappearance of the insulating glass unit. With an overall dimension of4000×2060×2700mm, this semi-auto spacer bending machine can only bend thealuminum spacer in the shape of quadrilateral and comes with a bending angle of90°. The operation is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). Inaddition, the spacer bending machine also features automatic location andsemi-auto spacer feeding.
