BXW2600 HorizontalGlass Washing Machine

The BXW2600 horizontal glass washing machineincludes the section of glass input, glass washing, glass drying, and glassoutput. It can automatically wash the glass with the thickness of ranging from3mm to 25mm, and can be applied in the production line of tempered glass andlaminated glass. The conveyor rollers of these four stations are driven by acommon frequency control motor with bevel gear. Our horizontal glass washing also adoptsunique water tank with water heater, which can control the water temperaturewithin the range between 50°and 60°. In addition, the programmable logiccontroller (PLC), inverter and touching screen all adopt SIEMENS brand.

Technical features：

1)   The glass input station of thehorizontal glass washing adopts stainless steel water plate, and is equippedwith automatic water thickness detecting device and high-pressure waterspraying device.

2)   he washing section adoptsstainless steel material for the water-touching part, and uses three pairs ofsoft brushes for washing low-E glass.

3)   the drying section of thishorizontal glass washing adopts two pairs of straight stainless steel air-knifeand one pair of angled stainless steel air-knife.

4)   The blower is equipped withfine and easy-to-change filter and silencer inside the blower to ensure lownoise and enough air flow.

5)   This also helps to guaranteegood drying effect of the glass. Moreover, both the washing and drying sectionof our horizontal glass washing can be electrically lifted by 450mm, which is driven by the frequencycontrol motor.

6)   the lifting height can beautomatically adjusted according to the glass thickness detected.
