AGL 25 Glass Loading Machine

The AGL25glass loading machine is the corollary equipment of vertical insulating glassproduction line. It can be connected with any vertical insulating glassproduction line.

Technical features

1)   This glass loading machine includes machine frame, transmissionassembly, vertical lifting system, horizontal moving system, swing arm, vacuumabsorption system, electrical system, and so on. The working status of theglass loading machine is monitored by the touch screen.

2)    There are automatic andmanual two models for operation and each section of the glass loading machinecan be operated separately.

3) The whole machine adopts folded and splitstructure which is convenient for container transportation.

4)   The electrical systemof our glass loading machine adopts Japanese MITSUBISHI servo motor and FrenchSCHNEIDER low-voltage electrical appliances.

5)   The equipped transmissionassembly  is driven by 3-phase asynchronous motor stably.

6)   The vertical lifting system isdriven by servo motor through synchronous belt and guided by linear guide, andthe horizontal moving system of the glass loading machine is driven by servomotor through gear and rack and guided by linear guide.

7)   Both the speed of these twosystems can be adjusted. Besides, the vaccum absorption system of this glass loading machin includes Festo vaccum generator and vaccum sucker for sucking the glass.
