The LBZ2500PC Vertical insulating glass  on-line gas filling flat pressproduction line  is a piece of specific equipment usedfor production of aluminum spacer insulating glass unitr. Ourinsulating glass production line can realize automatic convey, washing anddrying of glass, mounting of aluminum frame, as well as automaticallyassemble, press, flat lay and output the insulating glass unit. Optional insidegas filling is also available. This insulating glass production line adopts thelatest design concepts and advanced processing technology. Technical features


1)   The insulating glass production line is automatically controlled by theOmron programmable logic controller (PLC) for the whole operation.


2)   It adopts the EVIEW touch screen interface which is easy-to-use anduser-friendly, and also the Omron frequency converter featuring stepless transmission and good speed controllability.


3)   The back plate of ourinsulating glass production line is processed by the laser cutting and CNCbending steel spray technology, which ensures high strength, good visibilityand nondeformable performance.


4)   The air knife is made of highquality stainless steel, and produces uniform and powerful wind resulting ingood drying effects.


5)   This production line hasautomatic recognition of low-emissivity (Low-E)coating and error alarm functions.


6)   Our insulating glassproduction line consists of the feed conveyer, washing and drying station,inspecting and assembling section of aluminum frame, input and transfermachine, assembly and press robot, and tilting table.


7)   It can complete the productionof double low-E IGU, triple IGU, shaped IGU, stepped IGU, extended IGU, optionalgas filling insulating glass unit, etc.


8)   The water-circuit system ofthe insulating glass production line adopts separate washing and rinsing zonefor good cleaning results, and also the water tank that has functions of autotemperature control and water replenishment.


9)   The washing and drying stationcan realize automatic convey of glass coming in the thickness of no more than 10mm without adjusting the expansion clamp.


10)   Thefront plate of the pressing robot adopts the matrix structure, which ensures fineadjustment and more than 10 years service life.


11)     Theinsulating glass production line is equipped with servo motor-assisted dampingcylinder, which can realize accurate positioning of stepped IGU, and can alsobe individually controlled to avoid functional interlocking and improve workingefficiency.


12)   Theassembly of glass adopts the rotary positioning method, which is visible andbrings about small friction and high precision.


13)  Thepositioning mechanism of the aluminum frame adopts digital display, featuringeasy adjustment and clear positioning. In addition, the insulating glassproduction line uses the embedded soft light detection system to make the checkof glass clearly visible.


14)   Italso features aviation plug connection, which can avoid interference and makeeasy line check and easy dismounting possible.
