Our hose crimping machine offers two optional control modes of button and computer, as well as an optional quick change tool. The machine comes equipped with a moving holder and features a lubrication and dustproof system. Additionally, the machine body and the die shelf can be separated.

The hose crimping machine can crimp the hydraulic hose and industrial hose with ferrule together, making it a useful piece of equipment for the hydraulic, industrial, automotive fields, wire crimping, tube manipulation or the calibration of automotive parts, etc. In addition, the machine can crimp pulling rope, pulling cable, and braking tube.

We are pleased to introduce new foam inserts to protect the hose crimping machine from debris dropping into the bottom of the head. This will minimize the risk of debris getting into the cylinder which could cause damage to seals and other moving parts of the head, and will significantly extend the life of the hose crimping machine. Additionally, the machine head is connected by bolts resulting in NO leakage or damage.

To keep the hose crimping machine in good working condition, it should be maintained on a regular basis. Oil should be added often to the working surface and die base surface and they should be kept clean. Also make sure the hydraulic liquid is clean. At least twice a year, clean the oil filter and internal tank. Routinely check the flanges and fix the bolts and if they are loose, screw them down.
