The rebar locator is a piece ofnondestructive test equipment which possesses the functions of automaticdetection, data memory and output. It also has auto calibration and systemerror correction functions. In addition, the rebar locator provides signalstrength bar display and sound alarm for high accuracy. Real time graphicoutput to both screen and printer is also possible. The data processingsoftware is compatible with nearly all Windows operating systems, includingWindows 95, 98, 2000, Me, WT, and XP.

Our company offers two types of rebar locator, which are TC100 and TC 110. TheTC 110 rebar locator has three scan modes, including grid pattern, profile scanand large area scan. It can directly display grid and profile image of rebars.

Our TC100, TC 110 rebar locators are widely used for detecting rebars inconcrete before drilling holes. They can provide essential data like concretecover thickness, rebar location and diameter for strength calculations ofreinforced concrete structures. Hence, they are critical to quality assurancein mass production of fabricated concrete elements. Additionally, rebarlocators can detect the location of magnetic substance and electric conductorin nonmagnetic and nonconductive medium, e.g. cable inside wall body, water orheating pipes, etc.

Avoid high temperature and strong magnetic field interruption
No corrosive gas in the atmosphere.

Standard delivery for both TC100 and TC 110 rebar locators includes mainunit, transducer, software, signal cable, shoulder strap, AA battery (LR6),key, instruction manual, TIME certificate, and warranty card. Our TC110 rebarlocator also includes connecting cable and scanning trolley.
