The TT210coating thickness tester is a portable coating thickness gaugewhich offers two measuring methods to accommodate different applications.Therefore, users can select the magnetic induction (F) method formeasuring the thickness of non-magnetic coating on ferrous metals and choosethe eddy current (N) method to measure the thickness of non-conducting coatingon nonferrous materials.
Our coating thickness tester offers many greatfunctions, like automatic recognition of substrate, automatic selection ofmeasuring methods, upper, lower limits setting and sound alarm, etc. Inaddition, different settings are available, like continuous and singlemeasuring modes, automatic and manual shutoff. The thickness tester also providesfive statistical values, including Mean value, Max. value, Min. value, testing number(No.),and standard deviation(S.DeV).Moreover, the coating thickness testercan store up to 500 readings in its memory, and the stored data can be sent toPC or printer TA220S through RS232.
Our coating thickness tester can measure the thickness ofcoating and plating material rapidly, nondestructively and precisely. Due toits small size, it is suitable for both lab use and on-the-spot measurement atengineering sites. Currently the tester is widely used in the fields ofmanufacturing, metal processing, chemical, commodity inspection, etc.
