The Vickers hardness tester isa high tech product made using precise mechanical and photoelectricaltechnologies. It has a digital microscope and is designed with RS232 interfaceto connect camera device. In addition, the measuring method, test force,indentation length, hardness value, dwell time of test force can be clearlydisplayed on the large screen. Moreover, the Vickers hardness tester can be equipped withan optional Knoopindenter to measure Knoophardness value.

By means of closed circuitsystem control, CPU controls the loading, dwelling and unloading of the testingforce, and the sensor gives feedback on this information. Therefore, the losttesting force can be automatically compensated during testing for highaccuracy.
