The ultrasonic thickness tester features portable size and easy operation. Itoffers nonlinear auto compensation function for correction of pickup nonlinearity, whichcontributes to high measuring accuracy. The instrument has a clear 4-Digit LCD display with backlight, so it is convenient to use in adark environment. In addition, the ultrasonic thickness tester can givefast readings in millimeters or inches. What’s more, 5 sound velocities can bepreset and 10 readings can bestored in the memory.

Our ultrasonic thickness testers are suitable for measuring the thickness of metallic and nonmetallic materials. TT100 and TT130 ultrasonic thicknesstesters are specifically designed for thicknesstesting of various materials with sound velocities ranging from 1000 to 9999m/s. TT100 and TT120 ultrasonic thicknesstesters are easy to operate, with only two keys. They are especially suitablefor thickness testing of steel. In addition, the TT120 can measure workpieces whose surfacetemperature is up to 300℃.
