The TUD310 ultrasonic flawdetector is anondestructive flaw detector which provides high accuracy, high detecting speed and reliableperformance. It is widely used to detect various defects suchas cracks, inclusions and pinhole porosity, etc. To suit the requirements of clients worldwide, this ultrasonic flawdetector offers two measuring units: mm and inch. In addition, it has A, Btwo scanning modes and three detecting modes, including pulse echo, dual probe and through transmission.
Features of TUD310 UltrasonicFlaw Detector
1. The ultrasonic flaw detector provides four rectificationways, including positive half wave, negative half wave, full waveand radio frequency.
2. It has gate alarming, real-time waveform display and recorded waveformreview functions.
3. The flaw detecting device features 32 detecting channels, and every channelis available with a separate detecting parameter and DAC curve.
4. DAC curve is automatically generated, and a maximum of 30 points can berecorded. Adjustable offset curves and gain correction functions are available.
5. The ultrasonic flaw detector boasts alarge memory up to 32M. 1000echo data can be stored in 32 detecting channels.
6. Data and documents are managed under FAT file system, making the managementof inspection data more convenient, reliable and faster.
7. The ultrasonic flaw detector adopts newly designed digitalsignal circuit. The digital signal processor (DSP) is used for signalsanalyzing, which contributes to reduced circuit noise and more stable waveform.
8. The instrument is equipped with high speed USB port and flash memory devicecan be directly used on it. In addition, the ultrasonic flaw detector can beconnected to EPSON inkjet printer by USB cable.
