Our portable hardness tester features a large LCD with backlightwhich can show all functions and parameters. It offers a wide measuring rangeand achieves direct display of hardness scales HRB, HRC, HV, HB, HS and HL.This hardnesstester hasmany great functions, such as upper, lowerlimits setting and sound alarm, Li-ion battery low voltage indication and soundalarm, automatic identification of impact devices(except G impact device) andtest direction, and more. In addition, it allows hardness to be converted intothe ultimatetensile strength (U.T.S.).

Although our portablehardness tester uses impact device type D, other five types of impact devicesare available for special applications. This hardness testing instrument is alsointegrated with a thermal printer so as to print all test results andhistogram. In addition, it comes with an on board memory which can hold 240 to1000 groups of data.

Our portable hardness tester has found a wide variety of applications in manyfields. For instance, it can be used for hardness tests on installed machine orsteel structure parts, such as heavy and large workpieces and permanently installed system parts.In addition, the hardness tester can be used for testing the hardness ofbearings and other mass produced parts on a production line. Moreover, it issuitable for identification of metallic materials in a warehouse, analysis ofpressure vessels, turbo generator sets, etc., as well as rapid testing ofmultiple measuring areas for examination of hardness variations over largeregions.
