The air receiver is used as a buffer and a storage medium in a compressed air system. According to the working pressure of air receiver, the air receiver can be categorized as a high-pressure air receiver, low-pressure air receiver and atmospheric air receiver.

Our air receiver comes with a drain valve, which can help to discharge water both automatically and manually. The water in the air receiver comes from water vapor in the air, and the water vapor forms liquid droplets after compressed by the compressor. The water droplet will then gather at the bottom of the air receiver and the water will be drained by the drain valve.

In addition, our air receiver can act as a buffer vessel stabilizing pressure fluctuations in a compressed air system. The outlet air pressure will be much more stable in pressure.

The model of our air receiver is coded in three parts. For example, a C-0.3/8 model indicates the model is an air receiver by the capital C, and has a capacity of 0.3 M3 and a maximum working pressure of 8 bar.

To choose the air receiver that fits your demands, the optional air receiver pressure should be consistent with the compressor working pressure. The volume of receiver should be about 1/5-1/10 of the air flow of compressor. A larger volume of air receiver will help to store more compressed air and the large volume helps to drain water more effectively.
