Adsorption Air Dryer
If the water vapor and the water vapor in compressed air iscooled down in the pipe, serious problems will be caused. Our adsorption air dryer usesdesiccant to bring the dew point of the water vapor down to -40℃ or below. Our adsorption air dryer alsoapplies heatless regeneration. The desiccant in the vessel can be regeneratedat lower pressure, with regeneration air consumption smaller than 15%.
The temperature of inlet compressed air is typically 40℃. The working pressure is ordinarily 7 bar with a maximum of 10 bar. Thepressure of inlet air ranges from 0.6 to 1.0 Mpa, while the pressure loss of our dryer is lessthan 0.02 Mpa.
Our adsorption air dryer is coded in two parts. Forexample, DH-55 indicates that the model is an adsorption air dryer by thecapital DH. While 55 indicates the flow capacity is 5.5 cubic meter per minute.
