The materials we use for the refrigerator mould include NAK80, 738, 738H,SKD61, P20, 718, 718H, and others. And the gas assisted mold is suitable for manufacturingproducts with such plastic materials as ABS, PP, PC, PVC, HDPE, PE, LDPE, PU,PMMA, PA66 GF, and more. The mould base of LKM, HASCO, or other brands is usedfor the mold. We utilizeHASCO, YUDO, and EWIKON hot runner for the gas assisted mold. With rigorousquality control and modern management, our skilled mold designers are able toproduce reliable quality refrigerator mold with long life of up to 100, 000 to3, 000, 000 shots. The gas assisted mold offers low residual stress, nodeformation, reduced wear due to reduction in cavity pressure, and long life.Additionally, the mold reduces the product molding cycle time and improvesproduction efficiency for manufacturers.
