The slip-on steel pipe flange from our HG20592-2009 PN seriesand HG20615-2009 CLASS series and GB/T9116, has a lowhub and good rigidity as well as ability to support flange improves. Theslip-on steel pipe flange is broadly used in electrical, gasoline,petrochemical, chemical, ship building, heat supply, paper making, metallurgyand many other industries for several applications.

The production procedure for the slip-on steel pipe flange is mold forged firstand then machine process. Compared with neck steel pipe flange, the slip-on steel pipe flange needs a large amount of welding rod and cannot endure high temperature and highpressure, bending frequently or temperature variation. But it is welcomed foreasy assembling. The slip-on steel pipe flange out diameter ranges from3/8" to 40" and nominal diameter ranges from DN10 to DN1000.
