Integral pipe flange iscone-shaped, a kind of butt welding neck steel pipe flange. The integral pipeflange is typically used in high pressure pipeline applications forelectricity, oil and gas, petrochemical, chemistry, shipbuilding, heat supply,papermaking, metallurgy and many other fields. Integral pipe flange is made bymold forged and machine finished. It has from 3/8" to 80" out diameter and from DN10 to DN2000nominal diameter.

According to American standards, the integral pipeflange has to operate under pressure. We offer this type in CLASS 150, CLASS300, CLASS 400, CLASS 600, CLASS 900, CLASS 1500, CLASS 2500 series and alsofull face, raised face, tongue, groove, female, male and ring joint. On theother hand to fulfill European standards, we offer the PN 2.5, PN 6, PN 10, PN16, PN 25, PN 40, PN 63, PN 100, PN 160, PN 250, PN 320 and PN 400 series alongwith full face, raised face, tongue, groove, female, male and ring joint.Additionally, the MFM and TG flange facing type integral pipe flanges areavailable to be used in extremely dangerous situations when inflammable andexplosive materials are involved.
