Steel Pipe Union
The steel pipe union makesassembling and dismantling convenient with a thread connection or a socketwelding connection. The thread connection connects pipes by screwing whilesocket welding fusing them together. In addition, there are two kinds of socketwelding union, equal and unequal union. Socket welding union is widely used inpipelines of different diameters as well as water meter and valves.
The socketwelding union has many advantages such as low cost, easy maintenance and good leak-proofprotection. Threaded connection union is manufactured according to strainhardening theory and usually, the thread material is stronger than the rest ofthe piece. The threaded connection in the steel pipe union can be easily dismantling, however, thereinforcement steel bar cannot rotate.
Our steelpipe union is mold forged with a nominal diameter of DN6to DN80. American standard series are available with CLASS 3000 to bearpressure and manufactured in accordance with MSS SP 83-2006 and BS3799-1974standards. Several applications use thesteel pipeunion like electricity, oil and gas, petrochemical, chemistry and metallurgy among others.
