Electrical Metallic Tubing, Steel Conduit Pipe

The EMT is made of carbon steel coil according to ANSI C80.3 and UL797standards. Its UL certificate No. is E340594.Its diameter ranges from ½” to 4”,and the length of the electrical metallic tubing is 3050 mm or according to customer’srequirement. The color tape varies with the conduit pipe size, and details areshown in second table below.

Due to our adoption of highly advanced welding technique and quality steelmaterials, our electrical metallic tubing offers welding seam with qualityexceeding customers’ expectations. The interior and exteriorsurface of the EMT conduit are free from defects with a smooth welded seam, andare thoroughly and evenly coated with zinc using hot dip galvanizing process.Hence, our electrical metal tube is provided with superior corrosionresistance. In addition, the surfaceof our electricalmetallic tubing comes with a clear post-galvanizingcoating to provide further protection against corrosion. This not only extends service life but also ensuressuperior surface smoothness and reduces friction between wall andwire. The smooth inner surface makes wire pulling and pushing easy and assures higherwire capacity and no risk of wire obstruction.

Our EMT conduit has good ductility, providing for easy bending and cutting in the field. It resistscracking, flaking, peeling, impact and damage from severe bending. So, theelectrical metallic tubing is durable, strong and iseasy to form and join as well. Due tosuperior physical and mechanical properties, the electrical steel conduit pipe is provided with anextended life cycle and great for usage or storage without quality problems.
