The rigidconduit coupling is used to connect the electrical steel conduits together,thus extending the length of the conduit pipe. It is manufactured from seamlesssteel pipes according to ANSI C80.1 and UL6 standards, with UL certificatenumber of E308290. Its trade size can befrom 1/2” to 6” . We can make the rigid conduit coupling hot-dipped galvanized at external surface and electro-galvanized at internalthread and zinc plate on both out side and inner side. The internal surface can also be electro-galvanized completely.
In order to ensure accurate size of our rigid conduit coupling, we design itusing Auto CAD software, and manufacture it using cast ductile iron material. Also,our rigid conduit coupling is given 45-days high temperature anti-aging test tomake sure its mechanical properties meet related international standard. Withhigh quality, the electrical conduit pipe fitting can be used for 50 yearsunder various conditions.
