The concrete blade and asphalt blade are specially designed by BOSUN, aprofessional manufacturer and supplier of diamond tools based in China. Theyreplace traditional diamond blades to cut abradantmaterials like asphalt and green concrete. They come with strong degree ofconsolidation and a loose structure. The concrete blade and asphalt blade consist of acutting blade and a supporting body that is attached to the blade. They have nolonger the problem of traditional diamond blades that cut slowly and may causeserious breakage to the edge of the stone while cutting.
The body of common diamond blades is hard and the used diamond can not dropeasily after being blunt. Accordingly, BOSUN improved the manufacturing processand developed the concrete blade and asphalt blade with lower abrasiveperformance in order to increase the cutting speed. The concrete and asphaltblades have service life 50% longer than common blades and they don’t havesticky teeth. They can also be applied in street saws and high-speed saws.
The concreteblade and asphalt blade have three series: LAD, LAM and LAX. Their dimensionsand details are listed below.
