The aluminumpaper box cartoning machine is used to automatically fill and sealboxes with cylinders for cling film, aluminum foil roll, food packing paperroll and others. It is automatically controlled by PLC and speed is adjusted byfrequency control system.

The aluminum paper box cartoning machine has main parts imported fromJapan for the OMRON PLC and the SMC pneumatic, from Germany for the Beckervacuum pump and from Switzerland for the Robatech hotmelt applicator. It can be operated manually or automatically.

The aluminum paper box cartoning machinehas two shift ways and it can stop automatically if overloadhappens and detecting lack of material as well or any malfunction, runningspeed and finished product count can be shown automatically. It will not spraythe glue when the tray is not in position.
