The  DH56II quarto single color offsetpress adopts a single chip microcomputer to control paper feeding, positive andnegative inching, pressing, two-revolution, safetyprotection and double sheet removal functions. It’seasy and safe to operatewith some other special features to avoid stocking or wrongly paper feeding.

Thequarto single color offset press is characterized by separating the dampening system from the inking system. In this way, the amount ofwater and ink applied to the roller is adjustable according to the differentprinted materials needs. On the other hand, accurate registration is secured bythe use of front guides and wheel type side pull guides with fine-tuningdevices.
 
Thequarto single color offset press has double sheetcontroller to detect double or multiple sheets effectively and remove themautomatically during the process of printing. Besides, electric pre-set counteris used to stopautomatically when the pre-set pages are finished.

The quarto single color offset press operateswiththick or thin paper because it providesconstant pressure and is set with heavy duty double sprung grippers. It has three inking form rollers and two dampening form rollers toensure a saturated color.  Meanwhile, thetwo-revolution function helps to print with 100% dotarea rate and achieve a more saturated color.

Thequarto single coloroffset press is equipped with a powder spraying function which enablesspraying and printing to be finished simultaneously while the printed material’s back will not becontaminated. The quarto singlecolor offset press features centralized lubrication. Starting the lubricationpump manually before switch it on, allows lubrication to its parts and the advanced inkingcontrol system ensures accurate and full ink supply.

Thequarto single coloroffset press comes with 14 inkrollers of different diameters including three vibrator rollers and three form rollers, supplying and regulating the ink evenly. The ink supplied from ink fountain can beadjusted freely by a stepless speed regulating handle to balance ink and water quick and accurately. Electric control for the ink system is alsoavailable.

It utilizes weak current for signal input so asto ensure electrical safety, and meanwhile, it has an improved exteriorstructure and safety protection devices and signs to make the equipmentoperation more convenient and safer.
