Thelabel offsetpress has German Rexrothshaftlessdrive servo system. Eachunit is driven by independent servo motor to guarantee high-accuracy registration during high speed running. The rubber blanket cylinder isequipped with three-point suspension eccentric bearing with double-row taperedroller structure. Reliable clutch operation and stable pressure canbe achieved.

The plate cylinder andimpression cylinder are equipped with tapered rollerbearings and the mechanicalrun out causedby gap between bearingsis avoided completely. The label offset press has high-strength cast iron base that guarantees high speed andhigh efficiency printing. The clutch system adopts full pneumatic control andthe clutch operation of water roller and ink roller is reliable and sensitiveto adjustment. This adjustment can be horizontal and vertical without stoppingthe process making the chromatography printing quicker.

The label offset pressadopts the continuous-flow alcohol dampeningsystem with auxiliary bridge rollerensuring saturated colors. Avariety of optional units can be added to the offset printing machine, such as coating, cold stamping, laminating, rotary die cutting, waste discharge,splitting, cutting and paperstack collectingunits.

Vertical and horizontal registrations in each unit are controlled by independent motors. With the still imagedetection system theycan makeoperations on the main console without stopping the machine. The label offset press is designed with a positioning system.Once the printing length is set in the mainconsole, each unit will automatically arrive at the specifiedposition reducing registrationtime and material waste.

The labeloffset press is commonly used by small or medium companies or printingenterprises and individuals.
