The DH56II-S smallformat quarto doublecolor offset press is set with double sheet controller to detect double or multiple sheetstaking them aside during the process. Besides, electric pre-set counter is usedto stop automatically when pages are printed. There are also other specialfeatures to avoid wrong paper feeding.

The quartodouble color offset is able to operate with thick or thin type of paper and is set with heavy duty double sprunggrippers.  The paper registration is done byfront guides and wheel type side pull guides with fine-tuning devices.

The  quarto double color offset press has asingle chip microcomputer controlling functions like paper feeding, pressing,safety protection, positive and negative inching, double sheet removal andtwo-revolution. The two-revolutionfunction helps to print with 100% dot area rate with better color. The machinebody is stable and strong with an under frame made of double layer high strength channel steel.It has also superior quality components like XIFEI gears to ensure wellfunctioning.

The quarto doublecolor offset press has separation between thedampening system and the inking system to apply regulating water and ink to theroller according to the different materials. It has three inking form rollersand two dampening form rollers to ensure good quality color.

The quarto doublecolor offset press comes with 14 ink rollers ofdifferent diameters including three vibrator rollers and three form rollers,supplying the ink equally. The ink supplied from ink fountain can be adjustedby a stepless speed regulating handle to balance ink and water. It’s also availableelectric control for the ink system.

There is a powderspraying function to spray and to print simultaneously while the printedmaterial’s back is clean. The quarto double color offset press features centralized lubrication. Starting thelubrication pump manually before switch it on, allows lubrication to its partsand the advanced inking control system ensures accurate and full ink supply.
