The narrow web flexographic printing machine features optional structure form asit can be assembled in the way required by customers. Ituses environmentally friendly water based ink and UV ink. As for the drying mode, the flexo press adopts heatedair drying, infrared drying or UV drying. There is an unwind station in thein-feedsection and a rewind station in the out-feedsection.
The narrow web flexographic printing machineis designed with an electronic web guiding system and a still image detectionsystem which is imported with original configuration, to inspect printingquality. It is set with flexoprinting unit and manual web tension control units.
Apart from the delivery table, the flexopress is also set with waste discharging mechanism to dispose paper scraps. The narrow webflexographic printing machine has DH254, DH330, DH420, DH520and DH650 models available. Suitablesubstrates include art paper, paper board, Kraft linerboard, aluminum foil, plastic film,self-adhesive label as well as other composite materials.
