Counting Cartoning Machine

The counting cartoning machine is intermittent patch automatic boxingequipment special to patch. It is suitable for automatic counting, boxing andsealing packaging of plaster patch. It finishes automatically all actions ofmanual-transporting, paper box opening, patch and manual boxing, gluing andsealing. It can be used separately or linked with other equipment. Use HMI tocontrol and can be operated manually or automatically.

The counting cartoning machinehas main parts imported from Japan for the OMRON PLC and the SMC pneumatic,from Germany for the Becker vacuum pump and from Switzerland for the Robatech hot melt applicator. It can be operated manuallyor automatically.

Thecounting cartoning machine has two shift ways andit canstop automatically if overload happens and detecting lack of material as wellor any malfunction, running speed and finished product count can be shownautomatically. It will not spray the glue when the tray is not inposition. It is controlled automatically by PLC and speed is adjusted byfrequency control system.
