The mixing granulator is aspecial equipment to mix and grind finishing the process in one step,increasing efficiency 4 to 5 times. It has automatic discharge. It uses HMIscreen cue and Siemens PLC control. The mixing granulator still obtains goodeffect for specific weight difference between main medicines when secondarymedicine materials are bigger, saving 15-25％dosages of adhesive and shortening drying time.

A Jacketed-kettle can be used to heat or cool materials with small spacebetween its bottom and the mixing granulator’s blade (0.3~1mm) to avoid deposit in kettle bottomcompletely. Spraying feature is designed to solve theproblem of extract powder granulation.

The mixing granulator canbe fed manually. Its rotation speed of z-shape impeller (standard) can be stepless-adjustedand shape of cutter can be changed as well. The mixing granulator has cleaning systemby high pressure (optional) for material trough, discharging exit, impeller andairtight filter bag. It has the options of gravity and closed filling system orvacuum filling system.

The mixing granulator has various charging mouth and adhesive-spraying system(optional). With PLC full-computer automatic control produced by German SiemensCo., this system hasfriendly man-machine interface, screen cue operation and graphicparameters. Data can be input by simple touch keyboard. Technologicalparameters can be automatically memorized,you only touch the menu key for next production and is ready to show data.
