Every control module ofthe automatic color register system of the gravure printing machine is set with microprocessor andcorrects any deviation of color in a quickly and accurately way. It hasfrequency control of motor speed and full-automatic tension controller with magneticpowder brake to release tension.
 
The rolling system of the gravureprinting machine has full-automatic constant tension andtraction coordinated with torque DC motor, double-station automatic turn overand constantly replaces material without stopping. It has a closed oven andindependent heating system.

The gravure printingmachine operates with pneumatic pressing system and pneumatic ink-scrapingsystem and automatic ink circulation system is provided upon request. Air shaftis used for unwinding and rewinding shaft providing convenient assemble anddisassemble possibilities.

The gravure printingmachine has a display for press line and length. Quality cast-iron structurefor the whole set provides good stability and vibration absorbing capability.It has pneumatic back pressure shifting blade. It is able to choose differentcomputer flashed boundary and stationary checking figure.
