The coating laminating machineis used to laminate and coat rolling materials such as BOPP,PET, CPP, CPE, nylon, aluminium foil, paper, etc. The end products coated andlaminated by our coating laminating machine has high strength.  

The coatinglaminating machine has high-intensity cast iron wallboard, laminating rolls are installedand fixed in this wallboard directly. It has magnetic powderbrake for unwinding with auto tension controller and autoerror-correction system. Its cover can be opened by pneumatic system withshelter porch.

The coating laminating machinehas anilox rolls with airpressure scraper, coating and laminating rollers are pressed by pneumaticsystem with adjustable pressure according to each case. It has two sets ofimported frequency conversion timers for main motor that can be controlledsynchronically.

The coating laminating machinehas an air type cover for its 10 meter oven with active guide roller inside andfive independent sections with constant hot air drying system. It has auto tension at the exit of the oven.

The coating laminating machinehas outer heating by oil and circulation constant temperature auto control withpneumatic system heat compound and control emission device. The rewinding isoperated by motor with steady tension, the coating andlaminating motor can be adjusted by frequency conversion.

And finally, the coating laminatingmachine has three-roller style for coatingand laminating to enable equal pressure for rubber roller to avoid distortionand ensures optimal performance to the whole process.
