Liquid Adhesive for Use with TapeCoating Systems
Liquid adhesive and pipe coating arerecommended to use with only XUNDA tape coating systems. The liquid adhesivesystems consist of butyl based elastomer blended with polymeric resinsdissolved in an organic solvent system. They can be used for machine or handbrush application, are non-toxic and non-polluting.
Liquid adhesive and pipe coating represent ananti-corrosion layer and provide a uniformly smooth contact surface topromote high adhesion of the coating system to the pipe. The liquid adhesiveand pipe coatingdesigned for machine or brush application are formulated with stress-corrosioncracking inhibitors.
