The solar collector is designed with an aluminiumtray, or aluminum backside plate, formed in one step. The integral aluminumtray offers superior heat insulating performance. Due to surface treatmentgiven, the tray is durable and provides the solar collector with good sealingperformance, water and damp resistance as well as low heat loss.
Meanwhile, the flat plate solar collector is manufactured with continuousseamless sealing material which offers good aging and extreme temperatureresistance, long service life, and more. This also contributes to low heatloss.
Also, the flat plate solar collector has high heat efficiency and lowmaintenance as well as long service life, due to its special designs on metalabsorber plates and copper fluid pipes as well as the cover. Details are givenbelow.
Due to our adoption of Germanyultrasonic welding technique, the different parts for absorber plates can bewelded together directly, and the main fluid pipe and branch fluid pipes forthe solar collector can be welded together without transit joints.
The selective coating is coated to the absorber plates using Magnetron Sputter,and offers strong adhesion, corrosion resistance, long life span, and highthermal efficiency as well. The heat absorbtivityis higher than 93% and emissivityis lower than 6%.
Additionally,the transparent cover for the solar collector is made of low iron temperedglass, which ensures high mechanical strength, safe operation and lighttransmittance higher than 92%.
The solarcollector has fluid pipes made using high purity oxygen free copper material,so the pipes have strong corrosion resistance, high pressure bearing capacity,and long lifespan. This extends the service life of the flat plate solar collectoras well. Characterized by simple installation and easy mounting on buildings,our solar collectors are widely used in domestic solar water heaters and largesized solar heat supply systems.
