Advantages of our Heavy Steel Workshop
1. Our heavy steel workshop adopts monolayersteel structure, with span of 3mand space column of 7.5m.It is designed with single slop, three spans and the gradient is 5%.
2. It is equipped insidewith 100 ton double-beam bridge cranes, one 10 ton double-beam crane and one 3ton electrical single-beam bridge crane.
3. The frame column is in lattice form. The column pier uses welded H shapedsteel, and the web member uses angle steel. The frame bridge adopts welded Hshaped steel, the same cross section with that of the frame column.
4. The bridge of the crane is equipped with riffled iron brake plate.They are connected by bolts and there is also auxiliary truss. In addition thecolumn bracing uses composite structure of two pieces of angle steel.
5. The wall is made of thin-walled Cshaped steel. The aeration skylight is setin the roof. The wall cladding system is made of monolayer galvanized colorsteel plate plus fiberglass heat preservationcotton.

6. It has low load bearingrequirement and is easy to install. In addition it is much superior to thetraditional reinforced concrete structure gallery.

7. Thesupporting structure and platforms of the conveyer system usually adopt steelstructure. Goods and materials are generally conveyed through conveyer systemon the gallery which also uses steel structure.
