AOSIFhas over 10 years experience as a diesel generator set manufacturer. We are theauthorized OEM partner of Perkins Engine Company and are able to offer Perkinsengine powered genset at wide power supply solution.Our diesel gensets are manufactured in line with ISO8525, GB/T2820-97,CE, Soncap and SGS standards and under international ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality and environmental management systems. Due to this, they areacceptable by clients in more than 50 countries.

Main components
1. Engine  
OurPERKINS Genset is powered by UK technologyPerkins engine. The Perkins diesel genset can beequipped with different types of water cooled diesel engines. To illustrate,there are diesel engines with mechanical governor, electrical governor, andelectronic fuel injection system. There are also natural aspirated engine andturbo charged engine for customers to choose from. 3-8 cylinder in-line engineand 12-16 cylinder V-engine are optional.

2. Alternator
A standard Perkins genset isset with a Leroy Somer brushless alternator which hasautomatic voltage regulation function, protection grade at IP23, H classinsulation, and is manufactured according to IEC 34.1/34.2/34.5,BS4999&5000, NEMA MG1.22, VDE0530,NFC51.111, ISO8528.3, CSA, UL1446, UL508, and CSA/UL standards. Our Perkins engine powered diesel generator set can also beoptionally equipped with Stamford, Marathon, and economictype alternators.

3. Silent canopy
Our Perkins genset is manufactured with a silent canopy. The canopy is a strong steel construction thatprevents from damage and is weatherproof, using high quality acoustic materialto keep the noise down to maximum 75db(A)/7 M, and meanwhile, it has a lifting ear (forklift) for easytransportation of thediesel generator set. There is also an insidelight for daily maintenance.

4. Others
Two types of circuit break, MCCB and ACB, areavailable for the diesel genset. In addition, thediesel generating set can be optionally designed with manual and automaticdigital control panel or synchronization panel. Its AMF with Automatic TransferSwitch controller will help the diesel genset to startup automatically.

Theprime power of the Perkins genset ranges from9KVA to 2058KVA, and the standby power ranges from 10KVA to 2263KVA. Interms of operating voltage,we offer the generators in 220v –240v, 380V-415V (440V). Other voltages areavailable upon request.
